On Strongly 0-Prime Ideals in Near-Rings

In this paper we introduce the notion of strongly 0-prime ideals in near-rings similar to the notion introduced in rings. We give some characterizations of a near-ring whose unique maximal nil ideal coincides with the set of all its nilpotent elements by using its minimal strongly 0-prime ideals.
