Escape rooms – nowe zjawisko w przestrzeni turystycznej Krakowa

Jednymi z nowych obiektów w przestrzeni turystycznej Krakowa są pokoje zagadek. Chociaż pojawiły się stosunkowo niedawno to w chwili obecnej stały się dostrzegalnym elementem oferty kulturalnej miasta. Obecnie w przestrzeni Krakowa działa 48 pokoi zagadek zlokalizowanych w 19 miejscach. Pokoje zagadek stanowią nowy typ atrakcji o charakterze rozrywkowym, swoiste połączenie wirtualnej gry z realnym światem. Ważną grupą ich odbiorców są turyści, w tym także goście z zagranicy. Artykuł ma na celu diagnozę stanu rozwoju zjawiska w Krakowie i jego wpływu na dotychczasową ofertę kulturalną miasta.
Escape rooms, although a relatively new attraction in the tourism landscape of Krakow, they now represent a visible element of the cultural offer of the city. Currently, there are 48 escape rooms in Krakow, they are located in 19 places. Escape rooms are a new type of attraction, combining the virtual world known from computer games, with the real world. An important group of customers are tourists, including visitors from abroad. Article aims to map the development of the phenomenon in Krakow and its impact on the current cultural offer of the city.
