Idempotent $\mathcal{D}$-cross-sections of the finite inverse symmetric semigroup $IS_n$

We prove that every finite poset can be embedded in some idempotent $\mathcal{D}$-cross-section of the finite inverse symmetric semigroup $\mathcal{IS}_n$.
