The Lojasiewicz exponent at infinity
for overdetermined polynomial mappings

We prove that the study of the /Lojasiewicz exponent at infinity of overdetermined polynomial mappings ${\mathbb C}^n \to {\mathbb C}^m$, $m> n$, can be reduced to the one when $m=n$.
