The Robinson-Schensted correspondence, crystal bases, and the quantum straightening at \(q = 0\)

We show that the quantum straightening for Young tableaux and Young bitableaux reduces in the crystal limit $q \mapsto 0$ to the Robinson-Schensted correspondence.
