Using the combinatorial approach to Heegaard Floer homology, we obtain a relatively easy formula for computation of the groups HF ̂(Y p∕q(K), ℤ∕2ℤ), where Y p∕q(K) is the three-manifold obtained by p∕q–surgery on a knot K inside a homology sphere Y .
